About JobGet

As the #1 app focused on everyday workers, JobGet is redefining the future of hiring. Founded in 2019, JobGet began as the only mobile-first hiring platform for everyday workers. Since then, we've grown by joining forces with Snagajob, the largest hourly job board in the U.S., followed by Seasoned, the leading platform for restaurant hiring, and the most recent acquisition of RippleMatch, an early-career recruiting platform serving students and emerging talent across the country. Each acquisition has brought JobGet closer to the frontline, making the platform faster, smarter, and more effective.

While most platforms chase volume, JobGet is laying the foundation for a new kind of hiring infrastructure focused on precision, speed, and real outcomes. Our AI-powered engine learns, adapts, and improves continuously. Employers don't just get candidates, they get hires. Workers don't just search, they get matched. The result is a more efficient hiring process with less friction and better results.

We serve a diverse range of industries, from food service and customer support to healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing. With access to over 200 million job seekers, our platform leverages cutting-edge AI to match qualified, role-ready candidates, automating key parts of the hiring process for faster decisions and better outcomes. By combining scale with precision, we're transforming how businesses hire and how people find meaningful work.

Our mission is simple: to help everyday workers thrive by providing accessible, frictionless hiring solutions that deliver real results. Join us as we continue to build the future of work for the millions of people who power our world every day.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who wants to be in the middle of everything. You'll own some of our most important channels, email, social and field marketing, putting JobGet in front of employers in their inboxes and in person. Beyond that, you'll roll up your sleeves on our website, blog, product launches, and whatever else the business needs next, with real ownership and visible impact from day one.

Field Marketing & Events

  • Own the Events Calendar: Plan and manage a calendar of trade shows, industry conferences, and owned and partner events that put JobGet in front of the right employers.
  • Run Events End to End: Handle everything from booth materials, collateral, swag, and shipping to registration, vendor management, and on-site execution, on time and within budget.
  • Turn Conversations into Pipeline: Partner with sales on pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up to convert event conversations into meetings and opportunities.
  • Measure What Matters: Track leads captured, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced for every event, and use the results to decide where we show up next.

Email Marketing

  • Build & Launch Campaigns: Plan, write, build, and send email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences that engage employers across our core industries.
  • Segment & Personalize: Build audience segments and tailor messaging by industry, persona, and lifecycle stage in partnership with sales and marketing.
  • Test & Optimize: Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing; monitor deliverability, opens, clicks, and conversions, and turn results into improvements.
  • Report on Impact: Track and share campaign performance, connecting email activity to pipeline and revenue.

Webinars & Content

  • Create Content: Write and publish blog posts and supporting content that build brand awareness and support SEO. Support the social media accounts of our different brands.
  • Maintain Marketing Assets: Keep collateral, templates, and the marketing asset library current and easy for the team to use.
  • Create Webinar Plans: Lead execution from start to finish of webinar programs for prospects and customers. Lead the content, promotional, and follow-up plans in collaboration with sales.

Special Projects

  • Take On Ad Hoc Projects: Jump into new initiatives as priorities shift, from campaign experiments to cross-functional projects, with a bias for speed and ownership.

Who You Are

  • You have 2–5 years of marketing experience with hands-on ownership across multiple channels.
  • You have direct field marketing experience: you've planned and executed trade shows, conferences, or field events from start to finish. This is a must.
  • You have proven email marketing experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns and nurture sequences in a marketing automation platform (experience with HubSpot is a big plus).
  • You've worked at a SaaS company, ideally selling to businesses.
  • You've worked at a small company or startup where you wore many hats and built things without a playbook.
  • You're comfortable managing website content in a CMS and building landing pages.
  • You're a strong writer who can adapt your voice across email, web, blog, and event materials.
  • You're data-minded and use campaign and event metrics to make decisions, not just report on them.
  • You're highly organized and can juggle multiple events, campaigns, and deadlines without dropping details.
  • You're a collaborative partner to sales, product, and leadership, and you understand how marketing fits into the broader revenue motion.
  • You're able and willing to travel for events as needed.
  • You're comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • You bring a bias for speed and an ownership mentality, and you thrive when no two days look the same.
  • You're curious, scrappy, and always looking for a better way to get things done.

At JobGet, we're looking for people who see themselves in our Values. If you have made a measurable impact in your career and are known for your grit and curiosity, we encourage you to apply. We look forward to hearing from you.
